A lifetime tenure held by the first five hundred members of VELLUM. A closed allocation, never reopened at these terms.
Assume the SeatEvery seat carries the House Credential — a numbered artifact of standing, issued once and held for tenure.
Membership is extended upon successful consideration. Checkout secures a seat; the house confirms standing. Cancellation is self-service through the member portal.
